What is High Pressure Forming?
It is a type of compressed-air forming that was jointly developed by Nibling and Bayer in Germany, the greatest features of which are accuracy and deep forming.
Unlike coatings and film inserts, injection molding is performed after forming; therefore, the decorated surface is sandwiched to have excellent wear resistance, etc., where is the weakness of the conventional plastic decorating method compensated for.
Also, it can expand the possibilities of resin forming such that polyamide and Teflon, which would conventionally be regarded as hard to process, can also be formed.

①Independent control of IR heaters Both sides of film are controlled by 84 (42 on one side) IR heaters (effective 60 × 60 mm) independently

②Monitoring of temperature distribution immediately before forming by an IR camera The outputs of IR heaters are controlled by monitoring the temperature distribution immediately before the forming of film by an IR camera.(option)

③Setting and control of all forming parameters on the operation panel Temperature, time, and pressure can be consolidated and confirmed diagrammatically on the operation panel.
